By creating an account or using KhozyReads, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
KhozyReads is a digital bookstore that sells Khmer-language ebooks, novels, and PDF stories. We provide secure online access to purchased content via our reader interface.
2. Account Registration
You sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
3. Purchase and Payment
- Payment is made manually via ABA Mobile Bank or KHQR to our designated account.
- After uploading payment proof, you must wait for admin verification (typically within working hours: 09:00 — 19:00 Cambodia time).
- Once approved, you receive permanent access to the purchased book in your library.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have not yet uploaded payment proof, you may abandon the order. If your payment proof is rejected by admin (for example, invalid receipt), no charge is registered.
For genuine disputes (e.g. duplicate payment, technical issues), contact us via Telegram or email within 7 days of purchase.
5. Promo Codes
Promotional codes are issued at our discretion. Each code may have its own validity period, usage limit, and discount percentage. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
6. Content Ownership and Protection
All books on KhozyReads are intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. When you purchase a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it, not ownership of the file.
You may NOT:
- Download, copy, or save purchased books outside our reader.
- Take screenshots, screen recordings, or photos of book content.
- Share, redistribute, or resell any content from KhozyReads.
All purchased content is watermarked with your identifying information. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent payment proofs.
- Attempt to bypass our content protection or security measures.
- Use the service for any illegal activity.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promo codes or free content.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, ISP issues, or upstream provider outages may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by such interruptions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your library access ends but data of completed transactions may be retained for accounting purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of KhozyReads after changes implies acceptance. Significant changes will be announced on the homepage.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes will be resolved in Cambodian courts.

ដោយការបង្កើតគណនី ឬប្រើប្រាស់ KhozyReads អ្នកយល់ព្រមតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃសេវាកម្មទាំងនេះ។ សូមអាន ដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់។
១. ការពិពណ៌នាសេវាកម្ម
KhozyReads គឺជាហាងសៀវភៅឌីជីថលដែលលក់សៀវភៅអេឡិចត្រូនិក ប្រលោម និងរឿង PDF ជាភាសាខ្មែរ។ យើងផ្តល់ការចូលប្រើខ្លឹមសារតាមអ៊ីនធឺណិតដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាពតាមរយៈអ្នកអានរបស់យើង។
២. ការចុះឈ្មោះគណនី
អ្នកចូលគណនីដោយប្រើការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ Google។ អ្នកមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការរក្សាគណនី Google របស់អ្នកឱ្យមានសុវត្ថិភាព។ យើងរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្អាក ឬលុបគណនីដែលរំលោភបំពានលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។
៣. ការទិញ និងការទូទាត់
- ការទូទាត់ធ្វើឡើងដោយដៃតាមរយៈ ABA Mobile Bank ឬ KHQR ទៅគណនីដែលបានកំណត់របស់យើង។
- បន្ទាប់ពីបង្ហោះភស្តុតាងទូទាត់ អ្នកត្រូវរង់ចាំការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ពីអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង (ជាធម្មតាក្នុងម៉ោងធ្វើការ៖ ៩:០០ — ១៩:០០ ម៉ោងកម្ពុជា)។
- នៅពេលបានអនុម័ត អ្នកនឹងទទួលបានសិទ្ធិចូលអានជារៀងរហូតនៅក្នុងបណ្ណាល័យរបស់អ្នក។
៤. គោលនយោបាយការសងប្រាក់ត្រឡប់វិញ
ដោយសារធម្មជាតិឌីជីថលនៃផលិតផលរបស់យើង ការលក់ទាំងអស់គឺចុងក្រោយ និងមិនអាចសងវិញបានទេ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនទាន់បានបង្ហោះភស្តុតាងទូទាត់ អ្នកអាចបោះបង់ការបញ្ជាទិញ។
៥. កូដប្រូម៉ូ
កូដប្រូម៉ូត្រូវបានចេញតាមការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់យើង។ កូដនីមួយៗអាចមានរយៈពេលត្រឹមត្រូវ ដែនកំណត់ប្រើប្រាស់ និងភាគរយបញ្ចុះតម្លៃផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។ កូដប្រូម៉ូមិនអាចបញ្ចូលជាមួយការផ្តល់ជូនផ្សេងទៀតបានទេ។
៦. ភាពជាម្ចាស់ និងការការពារខ្លឹមសារ
សៀវភៅទាំងអស់នៅ KhozyReads ជាកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញានៃអ្នកនិពន្ធ និងអ្នកបោះពុម្ពរៀងៗខ្លួន។ នៅពេលអ្នកទិញសៀវភៅ អ្នកទទួលបាន អាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនមិនអាចផ្ទេរបានដើម្បីអាន មិនមែនជាកម្មសិទ្ធិឯកសារទេ។
អ្នកមិនអាច៖
- ទាញយក ចម្លង ឬរក្សាទុកសៀវភៅដែលបានទិញនៅខាងក្រៅអ្នកអានរបស់យើង។
- ថតអេក្រង់ ថតវីដេអូ ឬថតរូបខ្លឹមសារសៀវភៅ។
- ចែករំលែក ចែកចាយឡើងវិញ ឬលក់បន្តខ្លឹមសារពី KhozyReads។
៧. ឥរិយាបថអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់
អ្នកយល់ព្រមមិន៖
- ដាក់ស្នើភស្តុតាងទូទាត់ក្លែងក្លាយ។
- ព្យាយាមឆ្លងកាត់ការការពារខ្លឹមសារ ឬវិធានការសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់យើង។
- ប្រើសេវាកម្មសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពខុសច្បាប់ណាមួយ។
- បង្កើតគណនីច្រើនដើម្បីប្រើខុសកូដប្រូម៉ូ ឬខ្លឹមសារឥតគិតថ្លៃ។
៨. ភាពអាចចូលប្រើបាននៃសេវាកម្ម
យើងតម្រូវឱ្យមានភាពអាចចូលប្រើបានខ្ពស់ ប៉ុន្តែមិនអាចធានាបាននូវសេវាកម្មដែលគ្មានការរំខានទេ។ ការថែទាំដែលបានកំណត់ បញ្ហា ISP ឬការដាច់ភ្ជាប់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ខាងលើអាចបណ្តាលឱ្យមានឥទ្ធិពលជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន។
៩. ការបញ្ចប់
យើងអាចផ្អាក ឬបញ្ចប់គណនីរបស់អ្នកប្រសិនបើអ្នករំលោភបំពានលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។ អ្នកអាចលុបគណនីរបស់អ្នកនៅពេលណាក៏បានដោយទាក់ទងមកយើង។
១០. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរលក្ខខណ្ឌ
យើងអាចធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះតាមកាលកំណត់។ ការបន្តប្រើ KhozyReads បន្ទាប់ពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបង្ហាញពីការទទួលយក។
១១. ច្បាប់គ្រប់គ្រង
លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះត្រូវបានគ្រប់គ្រងដោយច្បាប់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ជម្លោះណាមួយនឹងត្រូវដោះស្រាយនៅតុលាការកម្ពុជា។
១២. ទាក់ទង
សំណួរអំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ? សូមផ្ញើអ៊ីមែលមកយើងនៅ [email protected] ឬទាក់ទងតាមរយៈតំណ Telegram នៅទំព័រដើមរបស់យើង។
